This Privacy Policy describes how Bleacher Bound LLC ("Bleacher Bound," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit bleacherbound.com, join our waitlist, or use our services.
Information you give us. This includes the email address you submit to join the waitlist; the information you provide if and when you create an account or subscribe (such as your name, email, password, and trip or alert preferences); the contents of messages you send us; and billing information you provide to start a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and timestamps, used for security and aggregate analytics. We and our providers also use cookies and similar technologies as described below.
Information from third parties. When you click an affiliate or partner link on our site and complete a booking or purchase, the partner or its affiliate network may share limited transaction data with us (for example, that a referred sale occurred and its value) so commissions can be tracked and paid. Our payment processor shares limited data needed to manage your subscription.

We retain waitlist email addresses until you unsubscribe or until two years after public launch, whichever comes first. Account and subscription information is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. After applicable retention periods, we delete or anonymize information unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Bleacher Bound is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. You must be at least 18 to create an account or make a purchase. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Bleacher Bound grows or as the product launches. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
