These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bleacherbound.com (the "Site") and any services offered by Bleacher Bound LLC ("Bleacher Bound," "we," or "us"). By using the Site or submitting your information through it, you agree to these Terms.
The Site is currently a pre-launch landing page that allows visitors to join a waitlist to be notified when Bleacher Bound goes live. Bleacher Bound is being built as a subscription service that tracks flight, hotel, and ticket prices for Major League Baseball trips and alerts subscribers when total trip cost drops below their target. The full product is not yet available, and these Terms will be updated when it launches.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit your information through the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

All content on the Site, including text, design, logos, graphics, and code, is the property of Bleacher Bound or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other communications, you grant Bleacher Bound a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use that feedback to operate and improve our products without compensation to you.
The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bleacher Bound disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Pricing information shown when the product launches will reflect data we receive from third-party travel and ticketing partners. Prices change frequently and we cannot guarantee that any specific price will be available at the time you attempt to book.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bleacher Bound and its officers, members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bleacher Bound from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms as Bleacher Bound grows or when the full product launches. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. The provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
