Buying for a specific game?
Check the SunTrackerProgressive Field holds 33,530, and the seating comes in three main levels. A renovation of more than $200 million, finished before the 2026 season, took seats out of the upper deck and opened up the outfield, so older seating guides may not match what you find. You can find more about it in our History section.
Verify before you go: the renovation changed the seating map, so check the current map on mlb.com/guardians within 30 days of your visit.
The levels
The lower bowl is the 100s. The 300s hold the Family Deck in right field and the club seats, and the upper deck is the 400s and 500s. The ballpark is open-air, with no roof, and it sits in downtown’s Gateway District with the skyline and the smokestack-styled light towers standing over the outfield.
Sun and shade
The field points almost due north from home plate. On a summer afternoon the sun is high enough to reach most of the open seats on either side, so a row under an overhang is the reliable shade. Early in a night game, the setting sun sits low off the third base side, so fans on the first base side have it in their eyes. You can find more about the weather month by month in our When to Go section.
The downtown skyline view
Downtown Cleveland stands directly beyond the outfield, and the light towers over the bleachers were styled after the smokestacks of the city’s industrial flats, so the whole backdrop reads as Cleveland.
For the view, sit in the infield lower bowl or behind home plate, which keep the skyline in your sightline for the whole game. Slide out toward the corners and the outfield and the skyline drifts off to one side.
The Little Green Monster
The signature quirk is in left. The left-field wall stands 19 feet high, tall enough that fans call it the Little Green Monster, and it changes what a ball off the wall does out there. In the left-field seats behind it, you are close to the action and you are watching balls play tricks off a wall most parks do not have.
The Guardians’ dimensions are 325 feet down each line, 370 to left-center, 405 to center, 410 at the deepest point of center field, and 375 to right-center.
The premium clubs
These are the Guardians’ premium areas, from the field up:
- Lexus Carnegie Club: an all-inclusive club for the rows behind home plate, with food, beer, wine, and spirits included. Its Lounges are the first two rows.
- SeatGeek Infield Boxes: semi-private boxes for 8 on the main concourse behind home plate, with heaters, an all-inclusive menu, and access to the Infield Lounge.
- Discount Drug Mart Champions Club: a 300-level club where the ticket includes the food stations and unlimited soft drinks, with beer and liquor for sale.
- ECHO Victory Club: an indoor club with balcony seats down the first base line on the 300 suite level, with food, beer, wine, and soft drinks included.
- KeyBank North Coast Social: semi-private terrace boxes down the third base line looking over left field, with food and drink included and an indoor club behind them.
- Suites and Party Suites: private suites from the first base line to the third base line, with the party suites on the third base side of the 300 level.
- Paul Davis Pennant District: a group space for 100 to 1,500 people on the right field upper deck, with a buffet.
Best-value sections
- Lower-bowl infield, the 100s. Close to the field, skyline in frame, and a close look at the field without buying into a club. If being near the field is the point, start here.
- The Discount Drug Mart Champions Club. The ticket includes the club’s food stations and unlimited soft drinks, which makes it a premium option with food built into the ticket price.
- Standing room. The District Ticket is a standing-room ticket for regular-season games, and your first drink is included. Standing-room spots include the Corner Bar, the drink rails in left and right field, the Home Run Porch, Heritage Plaza, the Blue Moon Terrace Garden, and Terrace Hall, the beer hall in left field that is open to all fans.
