What to Eat at Progressive Field

Delaware North Sportservice runs the concessions at Progressive Field, and the menu leans hard on Cleveland. A local mustard goes on the hot dogs, the hometown brewery pours in most corners of the park, and Barrio and Happy Dog, two Cleveland restaurants, run stands inside. Several of the 2026 additions come from local names too.

Verify before you go: concession lineups, stand locations, and hours change every season. Confirm against the official Progressive Field A-Z guide on mlb.com/guardians within 30 days of your visit.

Bertman Ball Park Mustard

Bertman Ball Park Mustard is the Cleveland ballpark condiment, a brown, sharp, spice-forward mustard that the city has put on its stadium hot dogs for generations. Pick it over yellow every time.

Great Lakes Brewing

Great Lakes Brewing is Cleveland’s own, and it pours in most corners of the park. The two to look for are the Dortmunder Gold lager and the Midwest IPA.

Here are a few of the spots where Great Lakes lists its beer:

  • Midwest Kitchen, Section 107, in the Right Field District.
  • Hop Stop, Section 139.
  • Terrace Hall, the beer hall in the left field Terrace District, open to all fans.
  • Blue Moon Terrace Garden, the rooftop patio in upper left field.
  • Tower City Craft, Section 550 in the upper deck.

If Great Lakes is not what you want, Fat Head’s, the Guardians’ official craft brewery, has its own deck as part of the Corner Bar in right field.

Barrio tacos

Barrio, the Cleveland build-your-own taco spot, runs a stand in right field. You pick the shell, the protein, and the toppings, which makes it an easy answer for a group that cannot agree on one thing.

Pierogies and Happy Dog

Cleveland is pierogi country, and the easiest place to find them is Happy Dog, the Cleveland spot that created the Slider Dog, which runs a stand near Section 159. Its Dyngus dog comes with sauerkraut, horseradish sour cream, and pierogies, and the Slider Dog itself is topped with mac and cheese, bacon, and Froot Loops. A plate of pierogies on their own is not a given, so check the concourse boards on your first lap.

The 2026 lineup

Delaware North added these for 2026:

  • Good Company Spicy Thai Fries, Section 119 (Fry Box).
  • Jackhammer, a pepperjack sausage with pickle de gallo, Section 150 (5 Star).
  • Tallow Popcorn and a Steak Sandwich of strip steak, chimichurri, and provolone, Section 159 (STEAK).
  • Sauce the City Spicy Chicken, with Cleveland hot sauce and kale slaw, at The Landing in left field (Section 164) and at Guardians Grill 559 in the upper deck.
  • Beef Patty Melt on gluten-free bread, Section 171 (Gluten-Free Stand). The Guardians say they can’t guarantee any item is completely free of allergens.
  • Aladdin’s Med Dog, beef kafta with hummus and Aladdin’s hot sauce, up on Level 4 at the left-field Beer Hall Terrace Club.

Of these, the Sauce the City chicken and the Aladdin’s dog lean hardest into local flavor, but the mustard and a Great Lakes beer are still what to order first.

Bottomless Bites

On select games, the Guardians sell Bottomless Bites tickets. An upper-deck Bottomless Bites ticket comes with unlimited hot dogs, chips, popcorn, peanuts, and fountain soda at the stand behind Section 525, and a lower-level version gets you into the Discount Drug Mart Champions Club for its all-you-can-eat menu. The stand serves through the end of the fifth inning, and the club through the seventh.

The alcohol cutoff

Beer and liquor sales at the stands and from vendors in the seats stop at the end of the seventh inning, or three hours after the scheduled first pitch.

A few spots are the exception. The Corner Bar in right field, including its Fat Head’s Brew Deck, keeps pouring to the end of the game, and so do the premium areas, including the Infield Lounge. If you want a drink late in a close game, get your last round before the stands stop, or head to the Corner Bar in right field.

Bringing food in and paying

You can bring your own food in, subject to a check at the gate, but not into the premium clubs and suites. If you have a food allergy, the Guardians suggest bringing food from home, and a soft-sided cooler is allowed. Every stand is cashless. You can find more about the drink rules and paying at the park in our First-Timer Guide section.
